Policy Service Representative

Accept the responsibilities and deliver outstanding customer service in the execution of:
- Route the incoming faxes and emails to the appropriate person or work group
- Request loss runs and provide appropriate follow-up
- Log in new lines of business for the Personal Lines team
- Type the renewal quotes and release to broker
- Assist in handling the general correspondence
- Assist in various workgroups such as policy distribution and affidavits
- Perform a variety of other clerical duties as needed
- All other duties as assigned

- Insurance related experience, business related experience and/or 2-year associate degree preferred.
