Policy Service Representative
We are a growing company in an interesting and challenging segment of the insurance industry and we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team. This is a summary and is intended to help you understand the general concepts and responsibilities required for this position. Tasks and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed as our business changes.

 

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Accept the responsibilities and deliver outstanding customer service in the execution of:
  • Route the incoming faxes and emails to the appropriate person or work group
  • Request loss runs and provide appropriate follow-up
  • Log in new lines of business for the Personal Lines team
  • Type the renewal quotes and release to broker
  • Assist in handling the general correspondence
  • Assist in various workgroups such as policy distribution and affidavits
  • Perform a variety of other clerical duties as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Insurance related experience, business related experience and/or 2-year associate degree preferred.
  • Availability to work overtime, as required to maintain customer service standards.
