RLI PUP Access Changes

If you haven’t already done so, when you logon to RLI’s website, you are now required to create a new, unique User ID and password. Here are some tips that may help you through the process:
  • Passwords are case sensitive, must be at least 7 characters long, and should contain no spaces.
  • After a user has gone through the Unique User ID sign up, the user needs to wait for a confirmation email before attempting to go back into the PUP Access system. This email may take 15 minutes or longer to be sent.
  • In some cases, the Unique User ID confirmation email is being flagged as “Spam”  Check your spam folders if you do not receive your confirmation within an hour.
  • If a user does not receive the confirmation email, please contact the Tuscano personal lines team.
  • Once the confirmation has been received, users are instructed to click on the link within the email. This link should only be clicked once.
  • Remember - shared agency logins are being phased out. Users will need to log into the RLI system with their own unique email address and new password.
