The RLI PUP Access system will be unavailable from Friday, April 23, 2010 at 9 PM CDT through Sunday April 25, 2010 at 9 PM CDT due to internal updates in the User Set Up, Password Reset, and User Log In areas.
As a result of these updates, each user will be prompted to create a new security question and answer when first logging into the system on or after Monday, April 26, 2010. All prior security questions and answers will have been removed by these updates, so this is a step all users will have to complete the first time they log in on or after Monday, April 26, 2010.
These updates are designed to improve the overall user experience when accessing the system. Just as a reminder, please advise your staff to keep a record of their individual passwords and security question answers in a safe place.
