Since Teri and I are talking with our 16-year-old daughter about choosing a college and career path, everywhere we turn new information about making one’s college years successful keeps turning up. Not long ago, one such article landed on the kitchen table about the “GPA of Success – Goals, Plan, Action.” The article encouraged college-bound students to write down their goals, create a plan to follow, and take action. I like this because I am a list-maker. I make to-do lists, idea lists, and things to get my sister to-do lists… and then I love scratching my completed items off. I am also big on setting goals.
I think that 2012 will be our best year ever - not just because we will grow our revenue, but because we are growing together as an organization. Tuscano staff continues to make me look good, and that is no small task. When you work with us regularly you will see that we find ways to make you look like a hero to your customers too.
I thought I might share a few of my goals and then we can compare notes this time next year:
I think 2011 will go down in Tuscano history as a very good year. We accomplished some major initiatives, were recognized by our peers for our excellent print marketing and website, and hit some milestones as well. We grew in 2011, driven by a lot of hard work and dedication. I also need to recognize and thank all of you for our continued success in the marketplace. Thank you for your business, the opportunity to work with you, and the trust you place in us every day.
Have a safe and happy New Year.
