RLI will be conducting an extensive systems maintenance starting Friday, August 2nd at 7 pm CST through August 4th at 9 pm CST. During this time, RLI employees, producers and customers will NOT be able to enter new insurance policies into the system, view existing policies or make payments for new or renewal policies. For those of you who quote new business and have the insureds pay by credit card via our web based system, that system will be unavailable during this time. Renewal customers who receive their bill and use the log in credentials found on the backside to pay on line will not be able to use the system during this downtime. As with all system maintenance times, the users will receive the message below.
