I am slowly coming to terms with my mortality – as in the line on the greeting card that starts out with “You know you are old when…” Last week I was at a meeting with other MGA peers and after dinner we had to debate whether to go to the bar or go to bed (I went to the bar). How about when you need to call the neighbor to come over and help you move a piece of furniture because you can’t do it by yourself? Even worse is when you actually remember the last time the Pittsburgh Pirates had a winning season!

Recently an age-defining moment rippled through the agency when the first child born to a then and current Tuscano employee got married. It was a true Tuscano family celebration as the little girl we watched grow up, walked down the aisle on her brother’s arm. What is especially touching and amazing about the Tuscano organization is that ‘your family is our family’ attitude. These are the people who will go to the bar with me AND come over to help move furniture! Our love and best wishes go out to Amber and Randall Oaks – Amber is the oldest child of Debbie Seslar, our bookkeeper and mom extraordinaire.
